Gabions are modular building blocks formed of wire mesh and filled on-site with rock, stone or crushed concrete. They have been used for years to stabilise and strengthen banks and to stop soil erosion in river beds or banks.

Our standard galvanized gabions are manufactured from 76.2mm x 76.2mm mesh opening, in 3.0mm diameter wire coated with TRIPLE LIFE corrosion protection (95% zinc, 5% aluminium), complete with lacing wire for final assembly.
In addition to the standard finish, gabions can also be supplied in the following finishes: Green fusion bonded PVC or stainless steel.
